Shipping costs

Packages are normally delivered within a couple of business days (please refer to the terms and conditions for details) after receipt of payment by DHL with order tracking and delivery without signature. The shipping time depends on the destination.The shipping cost includes loading and packing charges as well as the postage cost. We advise you to combine multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges are calculated separately for each order.

When shipping to foreign countries, additional customs duties may apply, which the responsible customs authorities will collect directly from you.

If you wish to ship goods to a country other than those listed above, please refrain from ordering via the online store and contact our customer support in advance via e-mail at Onlineshop@amydeluxe.de.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, we will declare the delivery with description of contents and value. All possible customs and import fees are to be paid by the recipient. National import regulations for the respective products are to be observed by the customer. We assume no responsibility for the conformity of our products with national directives and regulations outside the EU.
