RETURN OF ARTICLES

You can easily handle your return in your customer account.

To do this, go to -> My account -> Orders and select the relevant order for which you want to create a return.

Return shipping outside of Germany is at your own expense.

KEEP TRACK OF RETURN STATUS

You can check the status of your returns at any time under -> My account -> My returns.

If you do not have a customer account, you can also send us your return request here, stating the order number, by e-mail to: onlineshop@amydeluxe.de
