Right of Revocation

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal, allowing you to revoke your contractual declaration in accordance with the following instructions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dabes Egyptian Imports, Pöttmeser Str. 20, 86165 Augsburg, Germany, Email: onlineshop@amydeluxe.de, Tel.: +49 821 24297353) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary for inspecting their condition, properties, and functionality.

Note

The goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components, if possible. Please use protective outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available to ensure adequate protection against potential transport damage. Damage and contamination of the returned goods should be avoided. Please note that the right of withdrawal and its consequences exist independently of this notice; it is merely intended to facilitate the return process.

Notes on the Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may expire in the following cases:

According to § 312 g Abs. 2 S.1 Nr. 3 BGB for contracts concerning sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

In these cases, the statutory right of withdrawal initially granted to the consumer (in the sense of § 13 BGB) expires.
